The club fees
for 2025 will be R500 a school term, paid at the start of each new term. This will
allow the member to train on our club days (twice a week and be coached by the
club coach at club training nights). This will also allow the member to represent
the club at any league or tournaments.
I hereby
apply to be a member of Titans Sports Club.
I certify
that the information submitted is correct in every respect and that I will
abide by the Constitution, By-laws and rulings of the Club or its
Committee.I acknowledge that I may only
resign my membership in writing.Upon
resignation I shall be obligated to pay all outstanding liabilities to the
club.Should I leave the club without
resigning in writing, I shall continue to be liable for membership fees.I hereby agree that in return for allowing me
to be a member of TITANS SPORTS CLUB and thereby participating in its
activities and/ or competitions, I waive any claim which I may in future have
against the Club, its agents/ representatives for any damage, injury or loss
sustained by myself or any members of my family, while taking part in the club
activities.
